I am an experienced mental health therapist providing bilingual Mandarin Chinese/English & culturally competent psychotherapy to individuals, couple, and family. I practice in San Francisco Bay Area and licensed in California & New York two states. Identified as an Asian American with immigration background, I specialize in trauma, depression, anxiety, immigration, parenting, life transitions, relational issues, and Asian identify. I am trained and practice in Attachment Focused-EMDR, Psychodynamic Therapy, Emotional Focus Therapy (EFT), Trauma Informed Model, Internal Family System, Mindfulness, Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Internal Family System (IFS), and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).
