My fee is comparable to the rate of other psychotherapists with same level of experiences and expertise trainings. Sliding Scale Fee can provided upon agreement. Please do not let the fee dictate your calling for an initial phone session. My current rates are,
Individual Psychotherapy (45-minute) - $250
Couple/Family Psychotherapy (50-minute) $300
INSURANCE 醫療保險
I am considered as an out-of-network PPO provider for all health insurances. I can provide monthly superbill statement for your submission to your insurance company for reimbursement. If you choose to seek reimbursement from your health insurance, Please check your coverage carefully with your health insurance company. Clients usually can reimburse at least half of the cost after their deducible. Average from 50%-100% coverage sometimes even lower than your in network co-payment fee. Clients also use HSA/FSA before tax income. Most health insurance companies are familiar with behavioral health reimbursement process submitted by clients. If you encounter issues, I am happy to assist you.
I am a provider with Lyra Health EAP (employment assistance program) and UC Berkeley SHIP.
I accept credit cards, HSA/FSA using IVY PAY- a HIPPA compliant payment method. Payment is due after each session.

Appointments are made to reserve a specific time slot for you, and therefore, a minimum of 48 hours notice is required for rescheduling or canceling an appointment. Please call me as soon as possible if you need to cancel your appointment. As customary in this profession, the full fee will be charged for sessions missed or rescheduled without prior notification.
Good Faith Estimate
Effective on 01/01/2022, under Section 2799B-6 of the Public Health Service Act, health care providers and facilities are required to inform individuals who don't have insurance or don't use their insurance an estimate of the bill for medical items and services. You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical care will cost.

- You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency items or services. This includes related costs like medical tests, prescription drugs, equipment, and hospital fees.
- Make sure your health care provider gives you a Good Faith Estimate in writing at least 1 business day before your medical service or item. You can also ask your healthcare provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule an item or service.
- If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill.
