Happy Mother’s Day, Mom!
Adult part is here at the president moment.
Child parts are our younger parts living inside us.
Everyday our children teach us how to be parents from Day 1.
We become parents to our children, day after day.

Overtime, we become the parents to our inner children. 
They are the best reflection in our parenting life.
They can be tricky and confused, but they are sincere;
The inner child may feel hurt with trauma and injuries,
But inner child also full of courages, curiosity, and compassion.
The child decides to closer to me, longing to be seen and can loved, for all these years.

孩子是上天送來的禮物，
孩子給我們機會看見心裡的孩子，
我們的心理住著回憶，孩子一直都待在我們身旁，
心裡的小孩渴望著母親的依附，
成人的我輕輕地牽起內在孩子的手，
他重新相信了我，我成為她想要的母親角色。

母親節快樂！今晚與內在的孩子依偎擁抱，
告訴自己：我是自己的母親，她可以是任何形式，任何你想要的樣貌。
